Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason — no explanation needed, under EU consumer protection law.

To cancel: email hello@glowritualstore.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number, then send the item(s) back to [your home address] within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Hygiene items: for health and hygiene reasons, brushes, rollers, and other personal-care tools that are delivered with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once that seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty. (Remove this clause if your supplier doesn't actually ship these with a genuine hygiene seal.)

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund the full purchase price (including original shipping) to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty items: if your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo at hello@glowritualstore.shop and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement, including return shipping, at no cost to you. Separately from the 14-day cancellation right above, EU law also gives you a 2-year legal guarantee against faulty goods — contact us any time within that period if a fault appears.
