Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-15 business days within the EU. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Most items ship from EU-based stock; occasionally an item may ship from outside the EU, in which case delivery can take longer and, rarely, import duties may apply depending on your country's rules — we'll flag this on the product page if it applies.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout; we're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, contact hello@glowritualstore.shop and we'll help track it down.
